Can Bookmarks Use All My Phones Storage

unfortunately lost bookmarks in my android

As far every bit I know, I have been using sync option for my bookmarks for almost 6 years or and so, and I used them in multiple devices (smartphones). Now, I don't have the other devices and also I lost all my important bookmarks and their passwords.

I reinstalled information technology at present, and don't have my stuff.                  

I request y'all to please do the needful.

And for your information, I thought that whatsoever the data such as bookmarks, passwords, etc., I sync in my account, it volition be available in my account, despite I lose data on the phone, WHICH I ALREADY USED AND RETRIEVED ALL MY PREVIOUS BOOKMARKS, PASSWORDS , ETC., BY JUST LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT INTO Unlike MOBILES, THOUGH I DON'T HAVE Any OF THEM RIGHT NOW.
